Sun Joe SPX is a family, not one connection standard
Sun Joe's official store still centers its pressure-washer lineup on SPX machines, but the model family spans different output levels and accessory paths. The familiar SPX3000 is currently listed at 2030 PSI certified rated pressure and 1.2 GPM certified rated flow, while the newer SPX3000-QW2 is listed at 2200 PSI rated pressure and 1.1 GPM rated flow. SPX2990-BLK is listed at 1800 PSI and 1.1 GPM. Similar branding therefore does not prove identical hose, gun or accessory fitment.

Sun Joe documents both bayonet and M22 paths
The SPX-BMM22F adapter is unusually useful compatibility evidence. Sun Joe says it converts a bayonet gun on listed SPX200, SPX1000, SPX2000, SPX6000 and SPX7000 families to an M22 14 mm lance. Separately, SPX-M22M2F is documented as a 14 mm M22 male to 15 mm M22 female hose adapter for SPX-series pressure washers. These records show why “M22” alone is incomplete: the inner nipple subtype and which side of the system you are adapting still matter.
Replacement parts can be strongly model-specific
Sun Joe's SPX3000-31 trigger gun is explicitly listed for SPX3000, SPX3001, SPX3500, SPX3501, SPX4000 and SPX4001. The SPX3000-33 factory hose has a different, broader model list including multiple SPX3000, SPX3200, SPX3500, SPX4000, SPX4500 and SPX4600 variants. Those are manufacturer-listed fitment records and are stronger evidence than a retailer description saying “fits Sun Joe.”
At the same time, the SPX-25H extension hose is published for most SPX pressure washers except SPX1500, with M22 male/female ends and a 2300-PSI rating. That makes it a useful extension-hose record but not a universal replacement for every model.
